Luo benga band Kawere Boys recorded prolifically, cutting sides for Hundhwe, Kawere Biro Special, POK, Saye Ber Mo, Simbi-Nyaima and, no doubt, others.

JOY 7-7 was produced by AC Kochomo, one of the key benga producers, and surfaced on Ebay in March 2009. Details of JOY 7-3 and JOY 7-5 were supplied by Sofiane of Groovy record in Paris in April 2011. Both feature widely recorded Luo benga bands.
