CJ Ochuodho, who I guess is the same person as Chris Tetemeko of Edtions Chris, since this record is distributed by Chris Music Stores of Nairobi and includes the word Tetemeko on the label too.

This is the only record I’ve encountered by the intriguingly named Orch Vietnam-Kagan, although the songwriter Nelson Masanga’s name also crops on a Kendu Jazz Band single on Hundhwe.
