Doug Paterson alerted me to the existence of this Polygram label in October 2011. It is dedicated to Zulu-language records from South Africa.

ZDS 002 is licensed from the production arm of Dephon Records, the label best-known as the home of Yvonne Chaka Chaka. All the rest of the records are licensed from Mavuthela Music Co, a division of Gallo set up in 1964 that recorded many of the country’s top mbaqanga and jive artists.
