Two recordings by one of the leading Tanzanian bands, Vijana Jazz. A great introduction to their music is the CD compiled by Doug Paterson, Vijana Jazz Band: The Koka Koka Sex Battalion (Stern’s, 2011).

Hemedi Maneti, the credited songwriter on both of these discs,  took over leadership of the group in 1982, so it is likely these recordings were released after that.
