One-off self-produced record by Kikuyu musician Peter Gaithuma and his band. Having 1973 so prominent on the label seems a bit odd as the title translates as 'The Cry of JM' and the song appears to be about the death of JM Kariuki, a Kenyan socialist politician who was assassinated in 1975.
