NASI 03        Suku Jazz Band                     Amjini Eshirandu/Zeki Erebanga

Suku Jazz were led by the influential Luhya musician Sukuma Bin Ongaro, who was still playing in Nairobi at the age of 62 according to a report in the East African Standard on May 8, 2008.

The band also recorded for the Kundi, Ongaro and Sangalo, while their leader also cut numerous discs with other groups. See the Bands Index for a full list.
