Rawa Jazz are one of the lesser-known - or less remembered - bands of the Kenyan scene. The Luo band also recorded for Atudo and Melodica yet information about them is scant. HE 21 was spotted on the Discogs website in March 2016. It’s by another lesser known Luo band. Both groups were active in the early 1970s, which is probably when these records came out.
